Terms of Service

Spentwall is a public, pay-to-rank wall. You pay to place an entry, and the more you have paid in total, the higher and larger your entry appears. Anyone can outspend you. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Spentwall (“we”, “us”). Read them before you submit or bid. The short version: be an adult, post something legitimate, and understand that every payment is final.
By accessing https://spentwall.lol, submitting an entry, placing a bid, claiming an entry or otherwise using the service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Content Moderation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You accept these Terms explicitly when you tick the “I agree to the Terms” checkbox during your first submission or bid. Continued use of the Service after we publish an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will show the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever the Terms change, and for material changes we will also notify the email address associated with your entry at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to both you and that entity.
